Time For You London is an introductory business providing you with the same cleaner each time to carry out your domestic cleaning and ironing.

The cleaner will agree her duties directly with you when you meet prior to her commencing work for you.

We put forward cleaners to you in accordance with your requirements and preferences.

Q:	Who is Time For You London?
A:	We are the London's premier local home cleaning and ironing service, set up to offer quality domestic help to busy individuals who value their precious free time or who cannot manage the cleaning of their homes for various reasons, such as disability or illness.
Q:	What day can I have my house cleaned/my ironing done?
A:	The cleaners work Monday to Friday and will agree a cleaning day to meet your preference.
Q:	Who provides the cleaning materials?
A:	You do. This is for reasons of::         - hygiene (we don't want cleaning materials and equipment taken from           house to house)         - choice (your home is cleaned with products of your choosing)         - efficiency (your cleaner's efforts are spent on your home, not hauling           cleaning equipment).
Q:	Do you have a minimum number of hours?
A:	Yes - the minimum is 3 hours per visit, daily, weekly or fortnightly. Any less and our cleaners would spend more time travelling between jobs than doing what they do best!
Q:	How quickly can my cleaner start?
A:	Usually within a week of our appointment with you. Depending on cleaner availability and where you live it may take a little longer.
Q:	How do you choose the cleaners?
A:	Very carefully. Most applicants do not progress beyond the initial telephone interview. Every cleaner is vetted in their own home to assess their abilities, situation and key security. This is followed by an interview to ensure their suitability, including whether they have the right attitude to take on the responsibility of cleaning your home. Only after all reasonable checks have been carried out will we we include them in our database. We take security very seriously and are proud to have a 100% record.
Q:	Can I vary the cleaning and ironing tasks?
A:	Absolutely. It's all part of the service! If you aren't home, just leave your cleaner a note so she knows what you want her to do.
Q:	What about insurance?
A:	We provide insurance of £2 million for your cleaner to be in your home.
Q:	Is there a minimum contract?
A:	We have an initial contract of 3 months. After this it is a 1 month rolling contract. Should you need to cancel all we ask is 1 months notice in writing. This can be by email or a traditional letter by post.
Q:	How much does your service cost?
A:	The typical rate, whether cleaning or ironing, is £9.50 per hour inclusive, depending on postcode. There are no hidden extras.
Q:	I'm not in during the day. Can I trust the cleaner with my house key?
A:	Yes. All our cleaners are thoroughly vetted. If they are not experienced key-holders when we recruit them (and most already are) then we will train them in the necessary security procedures
